Please take a few minutes to give us feedback on your child’s experience this past season.  Complete 1 evaluation per child (if they are on different teams).  Our goal is to have every family responding so we know what we should continue or what we could improve.  Your answers are completely anonymous (unless you want to tell us who you are!).  Only the Club President and Vice President will be able to view individual responses.

1. Coaching assignments for the upcoming season(s) (for IM, Travel & HS programs).  If your child really enjoyed their coach(es) or you had concern about the coaching your child received, let us know!  

2. Player development opportunities. We aim to provide as much support to our players’ development at no cost.  If your child participated in this season’s free clinics, please share your feedback.

3. Club operations and communication.  We are always striving to improve what we’re doing behind-the-scenes to deliver your children the best experience possible.  Please let us know what we can do better (or what we’re doing well).
